Oscar Traynor team win friendly

THE WEXFORD Oscar Traynor team continued their preparations for their quarter-final against A.U.L. on March 6 with a good workout against Wexford Youths in Gorey on Wednesday last.
The Oscar Traynor team won 1-0 thanks to a goal from former Wexford Youths player Kyle Dempsey midway through the secondhalf.
Players to impress for John Godkin's men were Leighton Gleeson in midfield, Graeme Howlin in defence and former Ipswich Town man Paul Murphy up front.
Another former Wexford Youths player in action for the Oscar Traynor team was Ferns United man Tomás 'Ducker' Hawkins.
