In spite of a period of torrential rain, play continues every day in Rosslare with the turkey competitions in full flight.
An Open Seniors (over 50) Singles was played on Thursday and attracted a big entry: 44pts - Mick Goggins (16); 42pts - Eddie Fortune (11); 39pts - Ger Doyle (13); 39pts - Liam McNamara (2).

Many thanks to Mary and family of the late Arthur Kelly who kindly donated his clubs for charity. A draw was run in the club and ¤1350 was donated to Wexford Hospice Homecare. Ken Noonan was the winner of the clubs.
