At the presentation of prizes in the clubhouse, Mick Morrissey (Captain) thanked all those who attended the outing, and he also thanked the members who helped to make the day an enjoyable one. The Secretary, Paddy O'Dowd, mentioned that our next outing will be to Druid's Glen on Saturday, April 3, and all members will be informed in the usual manner.
After four outings, the golfer of the year looks like a two-horse race, with Ollie Quigley out in front on 68 points, closely followed by Mick McGrath on 67 points. The dark horses to look out for over the last couple of fences are Noel Ivanoff, Ray McGrath and John Grannell, and the dark horse who might sneak up on the inside at the last hurdle is Donie Noonan.
