Gaelic Football

ST. MARTIN'S

Wednesday March 10 2010

The Coiste na nÓg and camogie registration night takes place this Friday from 7 to 8.30 p.m.

St. Martin's ladies'/girls' football held a table quiz in St. Martin's Community Centre last weekend.

A great night was had by all and the competition was extremely high as usual, with very little between all the teams, so well done to everyone who took part.

A big thank you to the players and their parents for supporting this fundraiser, it is very much appreciated.

Also huge thanks to Ornagh for being a great quiz master for us and to Paula, Dolores, Kevin, Robbie, Liz, Marie, Amy, Fiona, Gráinne, Ursula and Áine for all the work on the night. It will be remembered as the quietest night of the year!

A second and final registration night will be on Monday, March 15, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. for all age groups. Anyone interested in playing girls'/ladies' football, please contact Áine on 087-6752546 for further details.

All age groups catered for from Under-10s up to Junior adult, so come along and give it a go.

Best wishes from the club to Larry Morrissey of St. Mary's (Rosslare) who suffered a bad injury in our league match on Saturday last.

Adult training - Monday and Wednesday at 7.30 p.m.
