Form book thrown out

THE TWO New Ross teams met for the second time in a matter of weeks to decide the destination of the New Ross Community Workshop Mixed League Division 2 trophy.
The 'B' side were within striking distance of the title in the drawn encounter, only to see the 'A' team stage a fightback to force a replay. Chance gone then perhaps for the underdogs, but it was not to be the case as this time around there was no mistake as the 'B' side recorded an 8-0 victory over a shell-shocked 'A' team to throw the form book out the window.
'B' team: Joe Ryan, Cian Doyle, Laura Butler, Brideen Lynch.
'A' team: Jimmy Sinnott, Seamus Creane, Sandra Dunne, Ellen O'Neill.
