Claire wins year-long hairdressing contract

WANNABE HAIRDRESSER Claire Caulfield has secured a year-long hairdressing contract after winning Beat 102103's Style School 2010.
The young New Ross woman was one of just five contestants selected to take part in Style School and after a week's training in the Hype Salons in Waterford, Tramore, Clonmel and Urban Hype Waterford, Clare was one of just two finalists chosen by public votes, along with representatives from Beat and the Hype Hair Group.
Claire battled it out head to head with other finalist Riona Linnane as they trained with Hype's Dawn O'Sullivan in preparation for the big Finale at Hype Clonmel on Friday.
After stunning performances from both finalists throughout the two weeks of Style School, the judging panel found it impossible to declare an overall winner leaving the casting vote to be decided by the public.
Following an unprecedented number of votes from radio listeners, Claire was crowned the winner of Style School 2010, securing a year-long trainee contract with the Hype Hair Group.
