Our Lady's Island: Mass will be celebrated this Wednesday 1st September at 3pm in Our Lady's Island for the Rathnure/Templeudigan community. There will be an opportunity to process around the Island at 1.45pm. All are most welcome to join us.
Pakistan Relief Collection: Thank you to all who contributed so generously to the collection for Pakistan that was taken recently. The amount contributed came to €1,450. May we continue to be aware of those who suffer from the disaster.

Best of luck to our Minor hurling team who will meet Oulart/The Ballagh in the county-semi final in Rathnure this Friday evening 3rd at 6.45pm.

GAA LOTTO
The numbers drawn on Tuesday August 24th were: 2, 8, 13, 28. There was no jackpot winner. Wesley Hatton, Ballyhyland, Martin Hennessy, Rathnure, Liam Leacy, Crane, Bree and Martina Power, Davidstown were the four match three winners who each received €50.
CAMOGIE CLUB NEWS
All-Ireland Senior Camogie Final on Sunday 12th September and hopefully our intermediates will be there also, they played Limerick in Ardfinnen, Co. Tipperary last Saturday in the All-Ireland semifinal. We have 9 girls on the senior panel and 6 on the inter panel.
Tickets for the All-Ireland are - Adult €30, Juvenile (u16) €5 and student €10 (buy full price ticket and get refund on the day, family tickets, 2 adult and 2 juveniles - €60-each additional child charged at €5, 1 adult and 2 juveniles - €35-each additional child charges at €5. There will be an open training session in Wexford Park on Thursday 2nd with the 2 county teams from 7pm to 8.30pm and all are welcome. The girls will make themselves available to sign autographs and jerseys, national and local media will also be there. Come along and support the girls.
RATHNURE PLAYGROUP
We hope you have enjoyed your summer break. We re-open on Monday 6th September with ECCE Scheme PreSchool group on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings 9.15am - 12.15pm and Wednesdays 1.15pm - 4.15pm.
Our toddler group return in the afternoon on Monday 6th 1.15pm - 3.15pm and Wednesday morning 9.15am - 12.15pm.

Bingo takes place each Tuesday night at 8.30pm in Rathnure hall.
