THE VIKING Bridge Club has recorded the following results for the month of January. On January 14 Nora Murphy and Breda Farrell were in first place, followed by Martin Forristal and Patricia Rowe in second place, on January 21 Nora Murphy and Bernie Sweeney were in first place, followed by Kitty Lawlor and Bernie Sweeney in second place and on January 28 first place was awarded to Marie Kissane and Breda Farrell and second place went to Breda O'Connor and Kathleen Bolger.
Meanwhile, the Viking Bridge Club held the annual Club Championships over three nights in February.
The Tournament Director for the three nights was Joan Foley and it was very successful. The President Anne Curtis thanked Joan for her hard word. President Anne Curtis presented prizes to Breda O'Connor in first place, Kathleen Bolger in second place, Breda Farrell in third place and Patricia Rowe in fourth place.
The Viking Bridge Club welcomes new members.
