Licences back
TWO MOTORISTS who were disqualified from driving for drunken driving offences had their licences restored at last Tuesday's sitting of New Ross District Court.
Suzanne Browne from 48 JKL Place was disqualified from driving at New Ross District Court on December 8, 2009, for three years effective on December 23 that year. Judge Hamill granted the application for restoration of her licence, effective as of December 23, 2011.
Philip Dunne from 30 Westbourne Lodge, Templeogue, Dublin 16, was also disqualified from driving at New Ross District Court on November 11, 2008, for four years. His ban came into play on January 3, 2009, and at New Ross District Court last Tuesday his licence was too restored.
