Next whist drive will be held in Cois Abhainn on February 16th at 8.30pm.
TABLE QUIZ
The I.C.A. are holding a Table Quiz in Cois Abhann on Friday 24th February at 8.00 p.m. Teams of four are invited to participate. The cost is ?20 per table. There will also be a raffle on the night and refreshments will be served.
SUPPORTERS CLUB
This is an important year for Kilkenny hurling and the Supporters Club play a significent role in supporting all aspects of hurling and camogie in the county to give players every chance of success in all competitions that the county is represented in. Apart from our amazing senior hurlers, the Club ensures that the future talent is identified and nurtured by supporting all under- age teams representing the County, the Schools Coaching and Equipment programmes and Coaching Officers.
A grant is also paid to all Clubs representing the County at national level. Everyone with an interest in hurling/camogie can play a practical part in the County's success by joining the Kilkenny GAA Supporters Club.
Annual membership is €20 for which you will receive a membership card and Car Sticker to show that you are a supporter. You will also receive group text messages on the announcment of teams and other significent news during the year. To join contact Eddie Keher (Vice-chairman) 0872872520.
CUB SCOUT NEWS
Congratulations to Aine Gilsenan, Ben O Keefe, Eve Roseblade, Hannah Proctor, Katie Lanigan, Oisin Whelan, Alex Campion, Dean Cummins, Grace Kirwan, James Murphy, Kelly Walsh, Padraig Meaney, Sinead Coddd, Will Lanigan and Alanna O Neill who were invested into the 4th Kilkenny, Inistioge Cub Group Recently. Also Congratulations to Marie Miskella who was invested as a Leader. The Cub Group also had a bake night in which all the cubs participated and for all their tasty baking they were all brought bowling. The Cub group also participated in cubs got talent in Bagenalstown. Well done to all.
