SAUL HUDSON (Slash) was born in London in 1965 and became world famous as the lead guitarist with Guns N' Roses, until he left the group in 1996. He then co-founded Velvet Revolver, through which he again enjoyed worldwide success until the late 2000s.
In 2010, he released his debut solo album featuring guest musicians including Ozzy Osbourne and Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters.
