Kids on 'Cloud 9' as show is a hit
The Chorus Line of Cloud 9 on stage in Campile Hall last Saturday.
TALENT ABOUNDED in Campile Hall over the August Bank Holiday weekend as the Hanrahan School of Music and the Arts took to the stage with their performance of 'Cloud 9'. The talented young thespians had the stage in Campile hopping for the last two weeks as they practised hard for Saturday night's performance.
The school produced both a chorus and cast for the show and the children had great fun learning lots of new dance moves to the music of ' Glee' and making up some moves of their own.
The cast worked hard to learn their lines off in time and gathering together their costumes.
The show was a massive success and received good reviews from the audience.
'The children worked really hard in putting this show together and all their hard efforts paid off on the night. I really had great fun myself seeing the show come together over the two weeks. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their summer and I hope to see everyone again next year,' said Sabrina Hanrahan.
